International Society of Career Exploration (ISCE)“Enhance the study experience and outcome of XJTLU students”Our goal is to give students , who do research on the same industry a chance to connect with each other. We hope that inter-departmental synergies can enrich the XJTLU study experience. Furthermore, we aim to connect our industry workgroups with professionals from the same field for further interaction. Thereby students will get the chance to have a first exposure within their target industry.

Inclusion is the idea, that everyone should be able to use the same facilities, take part in the same activities and enjoy the same experiences, including people that have a disability or other disadvantages.For many of us, our time spent in Suzhou and at XJTLU has delivered numerous new views and inspirations – former restraints became future opportunities. Nevertheless, for some in Suzhou, minor burdens still present their personal limits. Together, we want to identify and erase those limits. Our mission is to not only create equal opportunities, but also to promote an exchange of thoughts and mutual understanding. Anyone who would like to volunteer, organize events, erase limits and promote our vision in- and outside of university is more than welcome to join us. Let’s create a Suzhou with no limits – for everyone!

VOK stands for all the young adult in compass and  encourage them to exchange their thoughts bravely. The voice springs up for knowledge, truth and the young generation. Through online subscription, face-to-face seminar, personal lectures, membership database and other kind of activities, we exchange the knowledge and resources and make true friends.

Bridge Club was established in Novermber 2017. The original intention of bridge club is to provide a platform for bridge enthusiasts to learn, communicate and improve themselves. Bridge is a challenging and elegant intellectual sport. At the same time, as a foreign card game, bridge has a high degree of popularity and acceptance abroad, which provide a potential social way for students who will study abroad in the future.  

“Arts, Travel!” is a new “Art-Experiencing Activity Brand” elaborately created by the Art Education Center of XJTLU. Our team is aimed at leading all staff and students in XJYLU to experience the fine art of the world，organizing various novel art activities, such as featured art and culture teaching, on-spot cultural experience, art appreciation lectures and featured art crafts making.

iGEM club has been committed to building a wide range of extracurricular biological knowledge learning and sharing platform with the aim of pre-preparing students with practical knowledge and experience for future study and work.  There are not only countless interesting experiments, but also useful academic lectures as well as exciting site visits to well-known companies and laboratories! Our monthly exploration of scientific research topics will take you to experience the real scientific research work!  Moreover, if you are interested in obtaining professional experience, our club is exactly the right place for you. We have set up an internship base for XJTLUers together with XJTLU Career Centre and Suzhou Science & Technology Museum for Youth. XJTLU opera bel canto is committed to providing a platform for students who like opera bel canto culture and want to understand opera bel canto, spreading opera bel canto knowledge and promoting opera bel canto culture. Here, students can also acquire a series of cultural knowledge related to opera, such as religion, history, music, etc. behind opera, improve the level of music appreciation and understand western society. In addition, we will hold opera screening, opera salon, bel canto open class and other activities from time to time.

Aviation Wings is an academic club founded by XJTLU students in November 2019. Its name was a combination of the aviation industry and XJTLU’s motto (Light and Wings). The club aims to establish a sharing platform where different people can exchange their knowledge about the aviation industry, and try to establish the combination of Aviation and University, Aviation and Region, Aviation and Major.  Additionally, the club is working to narrow the gap between the aviation industry and the general public through popularization lectures, business site visits, and other activities.  Feeling aviation is untouchable？ Need to be knowledgeable to join the club ？ Wrong！ Anyone interested in aviation, scientific research, and even start up business is welcomed. We are young and innovative. The combination of aviation industry and different majors is strongly encouraged. Let us learn and have fun.

IODA is committed to spread the knowledge of science popularization international organizations, so that students can understand its functions, expand international perspectives, and help improve students' comprehensive capabilities and enhance their ability to participate in global governance.The association wants to invite experts from international organizations to communicate online or face-to-face to increase the knowledge and interest of our students in participating in international governance.In addition, as an association related to the major of international relations, it will participate in the academic activities of this major

Art Association is an artistic organization directly lead by arts training center of XJTLU. Its subsidiary teams are: the council, dancing group, symphony club, Chinese orchestra team, keyboard team, the chorus, the play group, broadcast group, model team and design team of painting and calligraphy. And the council administers every internal issue of the association. Its subordinate departments are Liaison Department， Propaganda Department, Secretary Department, and Planning Department which are mainly responsible for activities planning, promotion, sponsorship and other tasks. The council plays a significant role in development of Art Troupe.
