The XJTLU Fresh Cup Basketball Match is hosted by the XJTLU Physical Education Center. It is an annual influential basketball large-scale basketball tournament held to welcome freshmen, including group matches, quarter-finals, semi-finals, all-star teacher-student competition and finals. Since the basketball tournament was held, it has been widely concerned and recognized by all the teachers and students.

The atmosphere of the "Fresh Cup Basketball Tournament" was very enthusiastic. The players attacked actively, defended closely, cooperated brilliantly, made clever steals, sacks, passes, caps, jump shots, crossover dribbles and long-range shots, bringing the game to a climax from time to time. The players all upheld the principle of friendship first and competition second, and shook hands with each other after the game. As a result, the tournament enhanced the friendship between the basketball participants and was a great stage for the basketball players to showcase themselves. In addition, this badminton tournament promotes the development of sports culture on campus, responds to the implementation of the national slogan of "Sports for All", and strongly improves the overall physical quality of our students.
