New Year's Concert, as the irreplaceable activity at the end of every year of XJTLU, has been held 6 times successfully over 7 years since 2010. As a musical feast for exchange between Chinese traditional music and western classical music, New Year's Concert has become one of the most distinctive activities hosted by XJTLU Orchestra and XJTLU Chinese Orchestra. Due to the special curriculum and teaching arrangement in XJTLU, the concert is endowed with a double meaning: welcome and celebration for both Christmas and Spring Festival. Every time, the concert attracts a large number of students and teachers, wining great reputation.
