The "Win in XJTLU" Leadership Training Program, organized by Student Club Support Centre, co-organized by JR Leadership Association, has successfully completed 28 seasons over the past 11 years. 

In today's globalized, information-based and diversified world, it is particularly necessary to have leadership skills. Through the leadership education of college students, we will cultivate future leaders with many qualities, such as firm ideals and beliefs, complex relationship management ability, excellent value control ability, and wise decision-making strategy. Join Win in XJTLU Leadership Training Program, we hope to help student transform their identities by improving student leadership, and realize from citizen to "player of the world.

This program comprises two parts: leadership training and competition. 

The leadership training comprises series of themed lectures, aimed at enhancing the soft skills of participants.

The leadership competition requires students to implement projects around specific themes within a specified time-frame, intending to improve their practical abilities.
