The  "Win in XJTLU" Leadership Training Program Season 28 officially opened on October 23rd, attracting a large number of both new and returning students to participate in the competition. After the registration and interview process, nearly 100 students were selected to take part.

For this event, we collaborated with various XJTLU clubs, including Sagittarius Astronomy Club, Sinology Club, Communication Society, UAV CLUB, Club Program Office, Volunteer Academy, Student Union. Through our cooperation with these clubs, we produced promotional videos for each participating club, which provided students with opportunities to hone their new media editing skills while also promoting the clubs and encouraging more students, both on and off campus, to learn about and join them.

During the competition, we provided corresponding lectures on leadership and new media to support the event:

Mr. Li Xiuli from SBS, was invited to analyze video shooting from different perspectives;

XJTLU student bloggers Qin Jiayi, Li Haobai from the filmmaking major, and Pang Ziting, the leader of the XJTLU SCS News Team, offered assistance to students in areas such as filming, photography editing, and building personal media platforms;

External mentors Ms. Wu Minmin and Ms. Li Jinjing were invited to lecture on topics such as conflict leadership and the role of leadership in establishing personal media brands.

After four weeks of collaborative learning, all participating students successfully completed the competition. During the closing ceremony, each team presented their competition achievements with great care. Throughout the event, they forged friendships and enhanced their leadership skills.
