In contemporary society, the MBTI personality theory, as an effective tool for understanding oneself and others, has gained significant attention. In this session of the Lighthouse, Mr. Si delivered a fascinating and meaningful exchange activity on the theme of "Mastering MBTI: Communicating Effectively, Making Friends Effortlessly ."
At the beginning, Mr.Si selected three students from those who raised their hands enthusiastically and invited them to share their MBTI types on stage.
Some participants shared how their personalities manifested in daily life, while others talked about their experiences in academics and clubs. The teacher analyzed each student's sharing in detail, pointing out the characteristics of different personality types in social interactions and work styles. For example, extroverted personalities are full of vitality in social settings, while introverted personalities excel at deep thinking. The students listened with great interest, and the atmosphere at the scene was lively.
During the interactive session, students actively shared their life confusions. Mr. Si applying the MBTI theory and analysing problems from the perspective of personality differences, offered suggestions such as respecting differences, leveraging strengths, and adjusting communication strategies to help students overcome interpersonal challenges.

This Lighthouse event, through rich segments and in-depth explanations, not only enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of MBTI-related knowledge but provided practical guidance for communication and making friends in real life. It is believed that in future interpersonal interactions, students will be able to better apply MBTI knowledge, achieve effective communication and easy friendship-making, and continuously improve their social skills and quality of life.
