XJTLU Oriental Dance Club was founded on November 3rd 2013.It is one of the distinctive school sports clubs. Oriental dance club is aimed to enrich students' campus life, help build student's strength, and promote the all-round development of students. It actively holds a variety of community activities, including the vivid regular training, performances. The performance of the famous Oriental Dance Team, communicate with other community learning activities. Through the development of the various activities, the Oriental dance club within the club formed a warm and harmonious atmosphere to communicate with a good external environment.

  We are a group of young adults that exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills as well as have fun from the service. We work side by side with Rotary to take action through service. English is our main communication language and we are sponsored by Rotary Suzhou. Founded in January 1818 in London, the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) is an independent professional association representing civil engineering. Like its early membership, the majority of its current members are British engineers, but it also has members in more than 150 countries around the world. In 2008, its total membership stands at more than 80,000 In November 2011. Richard Coackley is the current President. ICE carries an aim all this while, simple enough, which is to “foster and promote the art and science of civil engineering”.As a professional body, it is committed to support and promote professional learning (both to students and existing practitioners), managing professional ethics and safeguarding the status of engineers, and representing the interests of the profession in dealings with government, etc. It sets standards for membership of the body; works with industry and academia to progress engineering standards and advises on education and training curricula. It is such an important body that nowadays civil engineers, all around the world, are recognizing ICE as an institution to be joined must for a secured, brighter and better future for their professional careers.Under the guidance of ICE (also her local Branch), there will be a Student Chapter to be established, by which the student members can gain more knowledge and experience through innovations and international exposure in Civil Engineering. Students at XJTLU will be able to enlarge their network up to international level, including professional engineers worldwide. De facto, ICE Student Chapter is expected to shape and guide the student members to meet the global demand and challenges in every aspect of Civil Engineering.The formation of ICE Student Chapter in Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) is believed to be an important step in making best professionals of this university. This breakthrough shall strongly drive students to uphold new learning stages in the professional body of Civil Engineering locally and internationally. Establishment of this Student Chapter would facilitate students to start their professional training at undergraduate level. ICE shares knowledge with their members and provide useful information to the students for research-based projects. Students will benefit from becoming student members of ICE and get connected to the best civil engineers across the world. ICE Student Chapter will be one of its kinds offering in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience worldwide conferences and seminars to the students members.

Providing the opportunities for students who are interested in translation and interpretation to communicate and learn from each other, improving and enriching their university lives. Open to all students who are interested in translation and interpretation in XJTLU especially those majored in Humanity and Social Science.We will organize and teach club members basic knowledge about simultaneous interpretation, organize activities for members to communicate and share experience, invitite professional teachers and organizing relevant seminars, organize academic competitions and organize related popular lectures, for example, IELTS、Graduate Application，etc. 

IFS-Creativity is a social welfare club dedicated to combining social welfare and business activities through creative projects and schemes.  Our aim is to explore the balance between profitable campaigns and contributions to the community. To fulfil our purpose, we host the Business Simulation Competition for our students to show their outstanding business acumen and innovativeness in achieving both profitability and social welfare with a competitive environment.  In addition, we hold a number of different activities that aim to bring value to society. With our preserve and kind hearts, we want to insist on helping others and sharing the life concept of charity.Every Saturday, we go to Changjiang Education Foundation to pack the donations of clothes and books  which will be sent to the people who need help in Gansu Province. Every Sunday, we go to Pingjiang Love House to chat with the old and give warmth to them. 

Jeet Kune do is the Tao that can intercept hits. It is a free combat created by Bruce Lee.Starting from 2011, XJTLU Jeet Kune Do Club has the most professional coach in Suzhou, aiming at making its members master some combat skills and building up their bodies. 

International Society of Career Exploration (ISCE)“Enhance the study experience and outcome of XJTLU students”Our goal is to give students , who do research on the same industry a chance to connect with each other. We hope that inter-departmental synergies can enrich the XJTLU study experience. Furthermore, we aim to connect our industry workgroups with professionals from the same field for further interaction. Thereby students will get the chance to have a first exposure within their target industry.

Inclusion is the idea, that everyone should be able to use the same facilities, take part in the same activities and enjoy the same experiences, including people that have a disability or other disadvantages.For many of us, our time spent in Suzhou and at XJTLU has delivered numerous new views and inspirations – former restraints became future opportunities. Nevertheless, for some in Suzhou, minor burdens still present their personal limits. Together, we want to identify and erase those limits. Our mission is to not only create equal opportunities, but also to promote an exchange of thoughts and mutual understanding. Anyone who would like to volunteer, organize events, erase limits and promote our vision in- and outside of university is more than welcome to join us. Let’s create a Suzhou with no limits – for everyone!
