The Student English Association (SEA) is one of XJTLU's largest and most dynamic clubs, run with guidance and support from the Language Centre. It features a range of social, cultural and academic activities designed to improve your English skills. Events emphasize making friends, developing new skills and learning about the world and are frequently attended by Language Centre tutors.The growing list of events includes: English Corner, lectures, speaking competitions,and festival celebrations. Most activities are free and open to all XJTLU students. While the club has extensive support from the Language Centre,a student-led corporate structure has been established which offers students the opportunity to acquire leadership experience in addition to applying what they have learnt in their studies.New ideas or members are always welcome.

The Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Chemistry Society is a young club. This club was first established in 2013 and recruited its chemistry enthusiast member in the whole university for the first time in 2014.Besides helping our members organizing an event and other fun and engaging activities, this club also aims to help students from other departments to gain a deeper understanding of chemistry. Additionally, this club also holds some fun chemistry DIY activities and helps students preparing for the final exam by distributing some review materials. iOS Club is the only officially certified iOS development club for university students by Apple, and is a Apple fans club for Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. XJTLU Design Association is the earliest established and only academic club for design major. It dedicates to exploring, sharing, and disseminating the value of design and provides academic support for design-related majors through design exhibitions, workshop, and design carnivals. It has exchanged and cooperated with Tsinghua University, Tongji University and other universities to provide a platform for all students who love design to demonstrate their abilities.
