They briefly introduce past activities and achievements to help new members have a more intuitive understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the club, "Learn with Joy at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University".

Introduction to the Functions of Different Departments: The president or the heads of each department introduce the three different departments of "Learn with Joy at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University" and their respective responsibilities. They list the contributions made by each department in past activities and introduce the management team members of each department to help new members better understand their duties.

3. Livening the Atmosphere and Welcoming New Members: Each department conducts self-introductions internally, allowing members to get to know each other and welcome new members. Department heads further elaborate on the work functions of their departments and subsequent plans, patiently answering new members' questions. Some ice-breaking games are played to help members get familiar with each other and facilitate the integration of new members.
