XJTLU SCDA was established in May 2008, known as the Student Career Development Association. SCDA is designed to adapt to the demand of the employment market for XJTLU students ' own career development requirements. SCDA was initiated by students independently, for XJTLU Career Development Office and headed by XJTLU careers Development office teachers, higher education sector guidance work of non-governmental organizations (NGO). In modern society, college students have met serious competition in job-hunting, the employment situation is more severe. As an International University, whereas this situation on the students of XJTLU is particularly critical. Therefore, a clear job target, scientific career planning, internships opportunity, and the rational design of job hunting are really important in the career development. SCDA aims at assisting college students to establish correct career values, employment consciousness, and comprehensive and standard career development to improve the comprehensive ability of students in XJTLU.SCDA provides career information and become the platform between students and university. SCDA improves their employment competitiveness and ability to accommodate the modern society. For underclassman, SCDA aims at cultivating the consciousness of career planning and universal career development concept. For upperclassman, SCDA provides training on the vocational skills and help those adapt to the coming challenges.
