This semester, the XJTLU Musical Troupe will present two unique works. Hamilton will lead the audience into the historical waves of the founding period of the United States, and feel the ideals and struggles of the characters; while Butterfly, a musical adapted from the classic love story Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, uses modern music to tell the eternal love between Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai that transcends life and death.
The two works span time, space and culture, carrying different emotions and stories. Please look forward to our wonderful performances!
