Club status report

Describe the current membership, activity participation, and financial status of the society.
Feedback members' comments and suggestions on previous activities and discuss how to improve them.
Event planning and scheduling

Plan activities for the coming semester, including training courses, air competitions and outdoor flying exercises.
Determine the time, place and person responsible for each activity and allocate the required resources.
Resource and budget allocation

Discuss how to allocate the existing budget properly for equipment maintenance, event promotion and purchase of new equipment.
Ensure that the club's equipment (e.g. drones, maintenance tools) is in good condition prior to the event.
Clear departmental responsibilities

The person in charge of each department (such as the technical department, publicity department, operation Department, etc.) introduces the work plan and specific tasks of the department.
Ensure that each management member has clear responsibilities and division of labor, and strengthen communication and cooperation between departments.
New member training program

Develop training courses for new members, covering drone flight basics, safe operation and basic maintenance skills.
Assign old members as mentors to new members to help them adapt quickly and integrate into community activities.
Problem discussion and solution

In view of the current challenges encountered in the operation of the community, such as the loss of members, low participation in activities, the corresponding solutions are put forward.
Discuss strategies to enhance community cohesion, such as team building activities and rewards.
Future development direction

Explore the latest trends in drone technology and discuss how new technologies and activities can be introduced to improve the technical level and innovation capacity of the community.
