At the beginning of the new semester, SIA welcomed a group of energetic new members. In order to promote mutual understanding among members and enhance team cohesion, the club has decided to hold the first all-staff meeting of the semester at 2 PM this Saturday.
 

The conference will begin with an overview of the society, where the person in charge will present to all members the history of SIA's development, core values and achievements, so that new members can have a more comprehensive understanding of the society. Immediately afterwards, each member will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and share their interests, which not only helps the new members to integrate quickly, but also provides an opportunity for the old members to get to know each other again.
Afterwards, the heads of various departments of the association will introduce in detail the responsibilities of their respective departments and the upcoming weekly activities, so that members can choose to participate according to their own interests and schedules. In addition, in order to deepen the understanding and friendship between members, the club has also carefully planned a series of ice breaking games and team building activities, aiming to promote communication and cooperation among members through relaxed and pleasant interaction.
