This Yoga Club event will offer students a free one-hour yoga experience in the form of an open class. We have invited a professional yoga instructor to design a special Inner Flow Yoga session, where participants can move their bodies to the rhythm of music, providing a quick introduction to this ancient practice. Additionally, students can learn more about the XJTLU Yoga Club through this session, attracting more members to join our yoga community. The yoga club was founded in 2012. The aim of its foundation is to provide a space for students and staffs of XJTLU to relax their body and soul. Meanwhile, the yoga is also a sport which benefit to people’s health. Furthermore, the yoga club aimed to promote ethical leadership and achievement, and to cultivate civic responsibility and to provide the students opportunities for association and interaction with the faculty and administrative staff of XJTLU.
