The individual interview is a key stage of the ALA Alumni Liaison Committee Fall 2025 Recruitment. In a 5-minute one-on-one session, interviewers will engage with candidates on self-introductions, understanding of ALA, personal strengths, and past experiences. The interview aims to identify members with responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills to strengthen connections between alumni and students.
Functional Organizations
Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Alumni Liaison Association serves as an official functional organization under the Alumni office. It is committed to providing support services to alumni, strengthening the links between alumni and students and establishing a strong and effective alumni network. Members of the Alumni Liaison Association are students in Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and finish all kinds of alumni work under the guidance of the alumni office.
