1. This competition will implement the latest "Basketball Competition Rules" approved by the Sports Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports; 

2. The game consists of 15 minutes in the second half (24 seconds) and an 8-minute intermission. Time the last three minutes accurately. Each team has two timeouts in the first half and three in the second half. The team accumulated 8 fouls in the half before the free throw, and the players accumulated 5 fouls to leave the court. Stop watch for the last 3 minutes of the second half (24 seconds). If the game goes into extra time, extra 3 minutes, precise timing; 

3. Each team shall have uniform clothing with the number on the front and back of the shirt in accordance with the rules. During the game, the number worn by the players cannot be changed, nor can they replace others. If the report is verified, the result of the game will be cancelled; 

4. Each team arrives at the venue 20 minutes before the start of the game. Failure to arrive 10 minutes after the start of the game will be considered as a team forfeit.
