Our Events

1. Fresher's Fair
   Fresher's Fair is a large-scale promotion session organized by the Student Club Support Centre and co-organized by Club Program Office. It aims to provide a platform for all the clubs to display the culture of themselves while recruiting new members. Each club learned about its booth by drawing lots in advance. On the day of Fresher's Fair, All the clubs have prepared rich activities and gifts for the freshmen, while some art clubs and associations even prepared wonderful shows to bring the club life which is filled with characteristics and vitality to the freshmen. The story of freshmen and clubs in XJTLU begins here.
2. Club Culture Festival
   Club Culture Festival is an annual event where XJTLU's clubs present a variety of performances and activities.
3. Student Club Leader Conference
   XJTLU clubs will put forward a more profound understanding of the existing problems in the past year and more constructive ideas for future work. In order to develop XJTLU clubs with the times, the President's meeting will be organized by XJTLU CPO. The presidents of each club had in-depth discussions on such topics as association linkage, association management, intra-community communication and future club development, and gained more significant results.
4. International Cultural Bazaar & The Second Club Recruitment
   Students of XJTLU come from all over the world. The unique culture of XJTLU is gradually maturing in the collision and fusion of different cultures. International Culture Bazaar is undoubtedly an event that demonstrates various cultures. It can be said that the international culture of XJTLU cannot be separated from its diverse student groups. It is the students that make the cultural atmosphere in XJTLU more inclusive. The XJTLU clubs that accompany you to wait for spring will open its arms to XJTLUer again. There are also handmade areas where students can make all kinds of ornaments and decorations. There are public welfare areas where activities are colorful and diverse. There are delicious food from all over the world and various sports events. A wonderful world will be showed up in International Cultural Bazaar.
5. Annual Exchange Party
   Annual Exchange Party is a symbol of the end of a journey. This activity is not only an affirmation to the former community managers, but also an encouragement to the new presidents. Then, the speeches of the teacher and the presidents drew a full stop for the past year. It is also a symbol of the beginning of the new journey. The teacher presented the award to the club leaders to recognize the outstanding clubs of the past year. The presidents from the same club wear badges to each other which is a recognition of the work of the old president over the past year and a promise for the new president.

Our Departments

1. Administration and Supervision Department
   The Administration and Supervision Department is the most rigorous "Official Spokesperson" of CPO. Here you need to have a meticulous work attitude, responsible for the performance assessment of each department, project team meeting minutes, group mail release, activity charter and so on.
2. Council Supporting Center
   As an important bridge between the CPO and all clubs, the Council Supporting Center is well deserved as the face of CPO. Here, you will docking with each president, release important event notices, and answer questions for everyone.
3. Finance Department
   The Finance Department is in charge of the financial authority of CPO, mainly responsible for the approval of budget settlement, the purchase of event materials, the management of office materials, and the docking of suppliers and stage companies.
4. Planning Department
   As the core department of the activity side, the Planning Department needs you to have novel ideas and strong overall planning ability. The way the events are conducted is up to you, join the Planning Department and gain a unique sense of belonging to the CPO!
5. Propaganda Department
   The Propaganda Department serves as the signboard of CPO, countless ideas and designs are born from this. The tweets, posters, and roll-ups gathered the efforts of every member of the Propaganda Department. All kinds of promotional materials for large-scale events, looking forward to your joining!
6. Brand External Liaison Department
   The Brand External Liaison Department has mastered the economic lifeline of CPO and needs to connect with businesses to obtain more activity funds. Here, there is a relaxed and active working atmosphere, but also enjoy the fun of making money in advance.
