At the end of each major section, the chair will ask both sides if they want to use a surprise attack. Major sections are defined as after the first speakers' opening statements and cross-examinations, after the second speakers' arguments and rebuttals, after the third speakers' questioning and conclusions, after the free debate, and after the concluding statements of the fourth speakers on both sides. The side that chooses to use the surprise attack can signal the chair to request to speak.

Each team can use a surprise attack twice per match, either for any debater's questioning or the first speaker's argument. The argument time is two minutes, and it must be initiated by the first speaker of both sides. The questioning time is two minutes and thirty seconds (timing is bilateral, and the answering side's time is included in the questioning side's time). The questioning side can assign any debater to question, but cannot change debaters. The answering side can assign any debater to answer, but cannot change debaters. The questioning side can interrupt the answering side at any time, and the answering side cannot ask questions.

Before the match, the staff will collect a number (1-10) from each debater. If both sides choose to use the surprise attack simultaneously, the chair will announce the numbers submitted by both sides. If the sum of the two numbers is odd, the affirmative side will use the surprise attack first; if the sum is even, the negative side will use the surprise attack first.

The vote counters will collect and tally the judges' votes.
The chair will invite the judges to announce their votes on stage. Each judge's voting time should not exceed [Missing Information].
The chair will announce the result of the match, and there will be a group photo session with the judges and participating teams.
