The tournament consists of two stages: the first stage is the group stage, and the second stage is the knockout stage.

The first stage (group stage) is scheduled to be held from 19:00 to 21:00 on September 18 and 19. Participants will be randomly drawn into groups for a round-robin within each group. Each men's group and each women's group can have a maximum of 4 participants. The top 2 participants in each group will advance to the next stage. The group stage adopts a best-of-3-games system, with no upper limit on the score of a single game.

The second stage (knockout stage) is scheduled to be held from 19:00 to 21:00 on September 20 and 21. The knockout stage adopts a best-of-5-games system, with no upper limit on the score of a single game. In the knockout stage, participants are divided into two major divisions according to the group stage rankings. The specific matchups in the knockout stage are as follows: the first place of Group A vs. the second place of Group B, the second place of Group A vs. the first place of Group B; the first place of Group C vs. the second place of Group D, the second place of Group C vs. the first place of Group D, and so on. If the number of participants in the knockout stage is not 16 or 32, a draw will be conducted to determine the byes.
