1. The competition consists of three stages: Preliminaries, Semi-finals and Finals, with an elimination system for advancement;

2. Participating teams conduct argumentation, rebuttal and summary around diverse topics such as social hot issues and academic discussions;

3. Professional judges are invited to score and comment based on logical structure, language expression, on-the-spot adaptability and other dimensions;

4. Champions, runners-up and third-place teams as well as the Best Debater award are set up, with an award ceremony held after the competition
