On August 31, the “Fresher’s Fair”, which is the most popular annual community recruiting activity of XJTLU, ended smoothly in the central building. More than 160 clubs and organizations participated in this activity, which not only enriched the students' extracurricular life and broadened their horizons, but also made the campus burst out infinite vitality of youth.

The Fresher’s Fair was divided into seven different parts, which included organization, public welfare, sports, leisure, academic, art, school team and outdoor stalls. And each club has its own unique way to show its characteristic. The activities carried out by leisure clubs added great fun to the afternoon time, and captured the hearts of everyone at the same time; the beautiful songs and exquisite musical instrument performance of art clubs were wonderful notes beating in the campus. Academic associations also stood out with outstanding academic achievements and good social welfare.

In addition, the exquisite brochures and postcards of clubs deepened students' understanding of the activities of the community. What’s more, the unique brooches and bracelets were the best memory of the Fresher’s Fair. There were also carefully and enthusiastically elder students who answered questions for the freshmen. Everyone got to know each other better through communication and made clear their interests in inquiry.

Standing here, whether you like to stick to tradition or to publicize your personality; whether you are eager to show yourself on the stage, or love to meditate in a quiet place; whether you prefer the tradition and history deposited by the years, or use cards and game machines to fight an excellent war. There are all kinds of hobbies for you to choose, and you are the one who make the decision for your own.

The crowd dispersed and the fair came to the end. With the breeze of the early autumn that was slightly sultry, there were many students who were busy in cleaning the booths.The life of the new semester is beginning. Although there is still long road of hard work in the future, it is worthy of being looked forward to. Just follow your dream and you will never be alone.
