‘Win in XJTLU’ Leadership Training Program is a popular brand student event sponsored by Student Club Support Center and co-organized by JR Leadership Association. The 25th of this regular event kickoff took place at G13W CB on March 30th, 2023 and had a great success. 

‘Win in XJTLU’ Leadership Training Program aims to develop students' strategic decision making, collaboration and communication skills, and task execution capability. In the kickoff ceremony, Ziting Pang, the president of JR Leadership Association made an opening speech. Liang Yu, a well-known specialist of leadership and communication conducted the training lecture. 

All trainees enjoyed the ice-breaker game and elected a leader for their groups. In the end, JR Leadership Association released the project theme for the group assignment - to find an object that is bearing Gusu memories and propose a practical scheme associated with its protection and inheritance.
