WinX-Leadership Training is a program aiming to develop the XJTLU students’ leadership skills through projects running within given times. It’s designed to have a profound and lasting impact on students, especially the student club leaders, by creating opportunities for them to develop their capabilities and skills in strategic planning, decision making, project executing, etc. and lead them to make more and better contributions to the communities and even change the world.
