Details of the Fun Board Game Themed Team Building Activity

I. Activity Theme

"Board Game Rally · Unlimited Unity Fun" — Bridging with Games, Uniting Team Strength

II. Activity Purpose

Through relaxed and interesting board game interactions, relieve daily stress, enhance communication, collaboration and tacit understanding among team members, strengthen collective sense of belonging in a joyful atmosphere, and allow everyone to relax and narrow the distance in a non-work setting.

III. Target Participants

All team members (can form teams freely, 4-6 people per team)

IV. Activity Time and Venue

• Time: December 6, 2025, 17:00-21:00

• Venue: Classroom fb251

V. Core Activity Content

1. Board Game Selection: Covering diverse types to meet different preferences

◦ Strategy & Cooperation: UNO, Exploding Kittens, Don’t Say It, testing reaction and coordination;

◦ Logic & Reasoning: Werewolf, Avalon, exercising expression and judgment;

◦ Casual Entertainment: Monopoly, Flight Chess, focusing on stress relief.

2. Activity Process

◦ 10 minutes: Team formation & ice-breaking; host explains game rules and activity flow;

◦ 180 minutes: Free team formation to experience board games; switch game types every 40 minutes with a coffee break in between;

◦ 20 minutes: Fun team PK competition; select "Best Tacit Team" and award small gifts;

◦ 10 minutes: Group photo and activity experience sharing.

3. Supporting Services: Provide drinking water and snacks; on-site game guides are available to ensure new players can quickly get started.

VI. Activity Highlights

• Zero threshold for participation: No board game experience required, with special personnel explaining rules;

• Strong interactivity: Break down unfamiliarity and promote in-depth communication;

• Relaxed and free atmosphere: Balancing entertainment and team collaboration.
