On 24th May, 2017, the Annual Exchange Party was held in Central Building G13W, intending to commend some clubs for their prominent performance in the year passed.

Nineteen clubs were privileged to be granted three awards, including Club of the Year, Most Progresses Club and Distinctive Club.

When interviewed about opinions about this handover, and the expectations of future running of club, the former leader of Cars club said “I wish the things that each of we leaders have done and will do is to accumulate fortune for our club. And the more we accumulate, the better our club will become.”

 “The current president has already independently done many tough tasks which we also consider hard to complete. This gives me much hope and confidence to the future of my club.” The former president of Student Ambassador Union said. This handover requires firm trust and support in order to keep the clubs running in a better way. “I hope my organization could organize more events and activities, which incorporate our own characteristics, and put new operation pattern into effect.” From the words of the current president, he showed his confidence, responsibility and ambition.

  Representatives of each club signed their names on the signing board and posed for group photos before the ceremony began. Both former and current club leaders were present, jointly witnessing this grand handover.

  The vice president of XJTLU, Prof. Yang made an opening speech, speaking highly of the performances of all the clubs in the past year and putting forward a new expectation to all new leaders.

  Moreover, foreign student representatives, student representatives of art associations and sports associations gave their speeches afterwards, sharing their accomplishments and reflections.
