Inter-group rest time (5:4) : Group A rested for 2 minutes and 10 seconds, Group B rested for 2 minutes and 25 seconds, Group C rested for 2 minutes and 40 seconds, and Group D rested for 3 minutes and 5 seconds
- Group A runs the innermost lane. - Group B runs the 2nd and 3rd lanes. - Group C runs the 2nd and 3rd lanes. - Group D runs the 3rd and 4th lanes. - Group E runs the outer lane
2. Essential equipment: Wear lightweight running shoes, bring a water bottle/sports drink, and it is recommended to wear a watch to control the speed.

XJTLU Running club was born in 2013, which is one of the distinctive school sports clubs. We are aimed to promote activities of running and unite the students in XJTLU who have passion for running. We have regular activities such as Morning running and Night running. It appeals many students, international students and teachers. Through the development of the various activities, the XJTLU Running club formed a warm and harmonious atmosphere to communicate with a good external environment. With the continuous efforts, this good trend will continue.
