On November 4, 2021, the 22nd season of "Win in XJTLU" Leadership Competition was officially opened.

As the co-organizer of the event, Gao Xing firstly expressed his warm welcome to the participants of the competition, and then emphasized the original purpose and mission of the "Win in XJTLU" Leadership Competition. The dual approach of "practice + theory" will achieve the goal of education from "young adults" to "global citizens".

The biggest difference between this leadership competition and the previous ones is the addition of External Mentors. As one of the four major education systems of our university, the external mentors play an important role of "guide" in students' university life.

At the opening ceremony scene, led by the teacher, the contestants played a series of ice-breaking games that inspired thinking and leadership potential.

This competition’s theme is "sustainable development" and lasts about a month. It is hoped that the contestants can have a deeper understanding of leadership in the process. We are looking forward to the wonderful performance of students in the leadership competition and wish all the participants will be able to compete with elegance and excellence!
